Thomas Neal

Owner of Power Alley, Private Baseball/Softball Hitting/OF Coach

In 2005 Thomas was Drafted in the 36th Round by the San Francisco Giants out of Poway High School. But chose to go to Riverside Community College for one year to play under HOF head coach Dennis Rogers. Before signing with the Giants in the summer of 2006.

He played in a total of 954 professional games and racked up 1,016 hits. He finished with a career .296 batting average

Thomas made his MLB debut in 2012 for the Cleveland Indians. He also played in the Major Leagues with the New York Yankees and Chicago Cubs. In August of 2013 Thomas suffered what would end up being a career ending shoulder injury while playing for the Chicago Cubs.

After retiring, He became a hitting coach in the San Francisco Giants organization for the past 4 years. ( 2016 - 2019 )

During his career he had the opportunity to be apart of 6 Championship teams. One at each level he played at in the minor leagues.

Batted .337 Avg 22 HR 41 2B's 90 RBI's and 101 Runs Scored in 129 games

Was rated the #4 prospect in the San Fransico Giants Organization behind Buster Posey, Madison Bumgarner and Zach Wheeler. And was #96 on Baseball America's Top 100 after the 2009 season.
